For orders over 150 pounds, JuicyWisdom.com will
ship via common carrier truck. Refused or undeliverable shipments
will be subject to a restocking fee of 20%, in addition to applicable
shipping, transaction and insurance fees. JuicyWisdom.com does not
ship to APO addresses.
For the protection of our customers, we only ship to the billing
address that is on the credit card used at the time of purchase.
Returns and Exchanges
The following policies pertain to U.S. purchases only.
" Returns With Original Sales Receipt
" Credit Card Refunds
Returns With an Original Sales Receipt:
Unwashed and unworn defective merchandise may be returned within
30 days. Items for other reasons may be returned within 14 days
after the invoice date for a merchandise exchange or full refund
once the customer has discussed the extent of the defect with a
sales representative. In the case of dissatisfaction of size, we
will issue a merchandise exchange only. Issuant of refund or exchange
will be effective only when JuicyWisdom.com has received the defective
merchandise for inspection.
Credit Card Refunds
On returns, we can only credit the credit card used for the original
purchase. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund credit
to appear on your statement.
Canceling or Changing Orders
If for any reason you would like to cancel or change your order
with JuicyWisdom.com, please call 1.310.478.1968 within 48 hours
of ordering.
We will do everything that we can to accommodate your request. Keep
in mind that we cannot cancel or change an order once it has entered
the printing process.
